I love food. I love to cook. Honestly, at first, I was discouraged. I didn’t think I could eat anything fun anymore. But the more I learned about how food works with the body and how the flavors of fresh foods and spices work together, food is fun again! It’s a transition I can help you and your family make.

Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Certified Yoga Therapist

I believe that feeling great is important! Having dealt with my own health issues such as Hypothyroidsm, Hashimoto’s Disease, Hypoglycemia, Celiac Disease, SIBO, Adrenal Fatigue and multiple food allergies, I understand how difficult it can be to enjoy life when you don’t feel well. I’d love to talk with you about how we can work together to get you feeling great again.

My Approach

I take the time to really get to know you. What kind of food do you like? What does your average day and week look like? What are your goals? What is important to you in life? What improvements are you willing to make as you pursue health?

My Process

My evaluation of your nutritional needs is a two step process.
Step 1 is an assessment of the feedback you provide about your diet and symptoms
Step 2 is a hands-on assessment of your body’s function where we let your body tell us what it needs.
